Symbiosis Institute of Management (SIBM), Pune is the publisher of SAMVAD, a double blind peer reviewed biannual International Journal with e-ISSN 2348-5329.

SIBM’s research journal, SAMVAD is an endeavor that builds a symbiotic relationship between research and practice in Management domain. This is a double blind peer-reviewed journal and is Open Access.

Since 2010, SAMVAD has a view of sharing information and providing a platform for discussion with the widest possible audience- students, researchers, academicians and managerial experts. It has an interdisciplinary approach focusing on the issues relevant in contemporary world. It serves as a forum for review, reflection and discussion about the recent and ongoing research.

The Journal aims to provide a highly readable and valuable addition to the literature which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come. The journal therefore welcomes all to share their research findings with the rest of the world, thereby facilitating informed decisions, which improve businesses and society as a whole.

It is indexed in Google Scholar, i-scholar, J Gate plus, UGC, and ICI data bases.

Types of Contributions:

The Editorial Board of SAMVAD invites you to submit your ‘Manuscript’ covering any topic related to the above mentioned areas. It should be in sufficient detail to be of practical use to interested readers. They can be submitted under the following sections:

Research papers, review papers, technical reports, management reports, case studies, book reviews, and abstract of Theses submitted for Ph.D. (along with Name of Research Supervisor/Guide as co-author).

Submission Details:

The manuscript must be original and written in English. All submissions will be subject to double blind peer-review in accordance with the established practices.
Kindly register yourself as "Authors" and then submit your complete manuscript electronically.

All views and opinions expressed in the Journal will be treated as the sole responsibility of the author(s). Neither the Publishers nor the Editor in any way are responsible for them.

Papers already published with the same contents or simultaneous submission of the same Manuscript to other journals or conference proceedings will not be considered for publication and will be rejected.

Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
