Abstract

There has been so much study undertaken worldwide about the positive impact of the emotional intelligence of a person. This study investigated the impact of trait emotional intelligence profile on the adaptability of 141 Gen Z management students in Bangalore. Using the trait emotional intelligence questionnaire it was hypothesized that there is a strong correlation between adaptability of students and their trait EI.
